Western Classical Music for Beginning Cellists is a method that is designed to be accessible to neurodiverse and neurotypical learners alike. A lot of care has been taken to ensure that the music is formatted so that it is clean and clear for all to read.

The music in book 1 has pitches within the first octave in major and minor keys up to one sharp and flat and rhythms in the meters of 2/4 and 2/2.
